Who is eligible for the Energy Savings Assistance Program?

To qualify for the Energy Savings Assistance Program, households must meet certain income requirements, which vary depending on the number of people living in the household. Applicants must also be customers of one of the participating utility companies in California, such as PG&E, Southern California Edison, or San Diego Gas & Electric.

Participants must live in a house, mobile home or apartment that is at least five years old. Income must meet the following guidelines.
